someone is fast enough and has enough of a race resume they can get great sponsors and support. someone is wearing an earned USAC National Champions jersey. someone was US NAG (Top Ten rider) in ABA BMX for three consecutive years, hold four state championship titles. someone won the IXS Rookies Downhill Cup in 2010. someone else is just jealous, but thats OK - we appreciate you all the same :)
